product description
High-flow tankless RO
Fast purified water for busy Maldives kitchens
The Purofy A9 Pro 800GPD RO water purifier delivers purified water directly from a smart faucet without relying on a separate storage tank—an efficient fit for Maldives homes and workplaces. Its 2.1 L/min flow, slim 158 mm body and automatic filter reminders make it particularly useful for larger households, offices and kitchens with frequent drinking and cooking demand.
Purofy A9 Pro: 800GPD tankless under-sink RO system with smart faucet.
Why choose the A9 Pro?
Performance, space and maintenance made simpler
High daily capacity
Rated up to 800 GPD, equivalent to approximately 3,028 litres per day under suitable operating conditions.
Fast direct flow
Produces up to 2.1 litres per minute, helping reduce waiting when filling glasses, kettles and cooking pots.
Slim tankless body
At only 158 mm wide, the system avoids a separate storage tank and retains more usable cabinet space.
Improved water use
Produces approximately two litres of purified water for every litre directed to drain under suitable conditions.
Five-stage reverse osmosis
Integrated filtration for everyday drinking water
The A9 Pro combines composite pre-treatment, a high-precision reverse-osmosis membrane and post-carbon treatment within its PCT and RO filter arrangement.
- Pre-treatment helps reduce sediment, chlorine and odours.
- The 0.0001 μm RO membrane targets dissolved solids and very fine contaminants.
- Post-carbon treatment supports a cleaner, fresher taste.
- Actual performance and filter life depend on inlet-water quality, pressure and usage.

Compact installation
A high-output purifier with a narrow footprint
Measuring 419 × 158 × 381 mm, the A9 Pro is designed to sit neatly inside a suitable under-sink cabinet. Purofy’s installation team checks the available space, inlet connection, drain access, power supply and faucet position before setup.
Slim 158 mm body designed to retain useful storage space beneath the sink.
Direct-flow performance
Less waiting during high-use moments
The 2.1 L/min direct flow is suited to households and workplaces that regularly fill multiple bottles, prepare meals or serve several people. Output can vary with inlet-water pressure, temperature and water quality.
Fast 2.1 L/min direct flow from the A9 Pro smart faucet.
Tankless versus tank-based RO
What changes in everyday use?
| Feature | A9 Pro tankless system | Traditional tank-based system |
|---|---|---|
| Water delivery | Filters on demand at up to 2.1 L/min | Draws from a pressurised storage tank |
| Cabinet space | Slim 158 mm body; no separate tank | Purifier and storage tank both require space |
| Stored purified water | No separate purified-water storage tank | Purified water remains stored until used |
| Filter monitoring | PCT and RO reminder indicators | Depends on the model |
| Best suited to | Higher-use homes, offices and compact kitchens | Lower-flow use where tank space is available |
Water efficiency
Two litres purified for every litre sent to drain
The A9 Pro’s rated 2:1 pure-to-waste ratio can reduce wastewater compared with many conventional RO configurations. The actual ratio varies with feed-water conditions, pressure, temperature and membrane condition.
Two-filter architecture
Five stages, simplified into two replaceable cartridges
PCT composite filter — first-stage protection and taste
The open-format PCT cartridge combines folded PP cotton with coconut-shell activated carbon. It acts as the first barrier for incoming water and also supplies the post-carbon polishing stage for better-tasting purified water.
- Intercepts sediment, rust, suspended solids and larger impurities.
- Adsorbs residual chlorine, discolouration, odours and organic compounds.
- Helps protect the RO membrane from premature fouling and wear.
- Recommended replacement: every 8–12 months, depending on feed-water quality and usage.
RO membrane — high-precision purification
The 800G RO cartridge uses a 0.0001 μm reverse-osmosis membrane with activated-carbon taste polishing. It provides the system’s primary dissolved-contaminant reduction while supporting the A9 Pro’s high direct flow.
- Targets dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and pesticide residues.
- Supplier testing reports a 99% rejection rate for specified contaminants.
- Provides up to 2.1 L/min purified-water flow under suitable operating conditions.
- Recommended replacement: up to 24 months, depending on feed-water quality and usage.
Dual-outlet smart faucet
See water quality and choose the right outlet
RO drinking water
Dedicated purified-water outlet for drinking and food preparation.
PCT cleaning water
A separate filtered-water outlet for washing and cleaning helps reserve the RO membrane for drinking water. The manufacturer states this can extend RO membrane life by more than 30%.
Live TDS display
The electronic faucet shows real-time purified-water TDS, PCT and RO filter reminders, dispensing status and fault alerts.
Automatic care
Designed to protect performance between uses
- 30-second flush at startup.
- 30-second flush after every cumulative 30 minutes of water production.
- 30-second automatic flush after 24 hours on standby.
- Brief flush when high-pressure cutoff is reached.
- Manual 10-minute deep flush available from the control button.
Quiet and protected
Smarter operation under the sink
- Upgraded multi-chamber low-noise pump with sound insulation.
- Power-saving mode after one minute without use.
- E1 leak detection stops production and triggers an alert.
- E2 protection stops the unit after 60 minutes of continuous production.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is installation included with the Purofy A9 Pro?
Yes. Standard delivery and installation are included within Malé City. Customers on other islands can contact Purofy to confirm available delivery and installation arrangements.
How much purified water can the A9 Pro produce?
The A9 Pro is rated at 800 GPD, equivalent to approximately 3,028 litres per day under suitable conditions. Actual output varies with inlet pressure, temperature and water quality.
Does the A9 Pro use a storage tank?
No. It is a tankless under-sink RO purifier that filters water on demand and does not require a separate purified-water storage tank.
How fast is the A9 Pro’s water flow?
Its rated direct flow is up to 2.1 litres per minute. Real-world flow may vary with feed-water pressure, temperature, filter condition and water quality.
How will I know when the filters need replacing?
The system provides separate PCT and RO filter reminders. Replacement timing still depends on water quality and usage, and Purofy can help arrange compatible filters.
Will the A9 Pro fit beneath my kitchen sink?
The purifier measures 419 × 158 × 381 mm. A suitable cabinet also needs space for connections, drainage, ventilation, a nearby power point and the dedicated faucet. Purofy can assess installation suitability.
What warranty and support are included?
The A9 Pro includes a one-year warranty, local after-sales support and filter-change assistance from Purofy.
